About

I'm currently a PhD student at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen), advised by Prof. Nicholas Banovich, focusing on Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Before my PhD, I was working at BioTuring, where I built softwares and joined collaborations with academia labs and pharmaceutical companies.

My experience is around single-cell omics analyses, starting from a very basic position "data curator" to a two-year "software engineer" and now a biomedical research scientist. This blended knowledge shapes my mindset in solving problems - breaking down complex biological question into simplified, independent problems
